Derby Daiquiri

• 1 1/2 oz Cape Cod Great White Rum
• 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Sugar
• A handful of crushed ice

Put everything in a blender and and blend at high speed for 15 seconds.  Pour unstrained into a Derby Daiquiri jockey glass or cocktail glass..
