Emerald Crush

  • 2 oz O’Brien’s Vodka
  • 1/2 green kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 lime, cut into quarters
  • 1 tsp Sugar or Simple Sugar

1. Muddle the fruit and sugar in a cocktail shaker until well crushed and juicy.

2. Add ice and vodka and shake vigorously.

3.Pour all of the contents over ice into a tall tumbler and drink with straws.
